Danita likes to talk. A lot. She particularly likes to talk about living, the soul, energy and the life force… sounds a little bit like Stars Wars but it’s not. She also likes to voice memo people.. So she made 7 Minutes in Heaven to be her voice memo to the world.

One day, Danita woke up and knew, it was time to really start living. And so she did.
Inspiring others to "get to know themselves at such an intimate level that they can see humor in the world around them and begin to laugh at the ridiculousness that is life, or as she puts it, smacked in the soul with the realities of who you’ve been and who you are going to be, and know that you are awesome.”
At the heart of it is the commitment to unravel the mysteries of living with less scowling and more howling (in laughter!). The purpose is rooted in inspiring others to admit the deepest, darkest, filthiest parts of themselves to, in turn, come to love the brilliance of who they are and allow for the incredibly wonderful possibilities waiting for them.
the past
But before that morning, Danita spent 2 decades exploring what it means to map subconscious connection between beliefs, core injuries, the hidden parts of self, intuition, natural cycles of life, the body’s somatic response and the physical system through health and movement. During her 20s and early 30s, Danita tried on a number of different ‘suits’ while she managed a family construction business and it’s investment portfolio. She holds a masters degree in counseling psychology and while accepted in to a Doctoral program found through her experiences that the true strength of self and authenticity comes from exploring within. She is a former provisional member of the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Through storytelling and hearing others sing their song, Danita inspires others to explore how to unlock what it means to live their life, their way, for them, as them.
